LIQUIDATION PARAMETERS

What happens when a position goes underwater

Liquidation parameters

COMING SOON

Still in development. Here's how liquidation is designed to work once it ships:

1. Liquidation threshold

A threshold above the max LTV where a position first becomes eligible for liquidation.

2. Penalty structure

A defined penalty percentage compensates whoever closes the position, set per asset risk tier.

3. Grace period

A short window to add collateral or repay before liquidation actually executes.

4. Keeper / auction flow

An open, permissionless process for anyone to trigger and execute an eligible liquidation.

PLANNED

  • Per-asset liquidation thresholds and penalty percentages
  • A public keeper interface any bot or integrator can call
  • Partial liquidations, so one bad price move doesn’t wipe a whole position
  • Full liquidation history, queryable per asset or per position

Not live yet — this page describes the intended design so it's clear what's coming before it ships.
